You may return "new and unused" merchandise within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund (purchase price only) or exchange for product of similar value. Additional links, replacement strap/bracelet are not returnable or exchangeable. All refunds and exchanges are to exclude original shipping, handling, gift packaging, or other applicable charges. For exchange, you will be charged for shipping, handling, gift packages or other applicable charges incurred to send the exchanged merchandise back to you. 

The returned merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase and the original copy of the warranty as well as all original documentation and packaging; otherwise, the return / exchange will not be honored

For all return and exchanges, you must obtain a Return Authorization Code (RAC) from www.watches88.com before returning merchandise. We will not accept any returned merchandise without a RAC. Please contact us to obtain RAC.

"New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; AND WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING MATERIAL, UNUSED/UNFILLED WARRANTY CARDS AND INSTRUCTION BOOKLETS; the security tags are still attached; and the item must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to you and the return shipping cost will be charged.

All returns and exchanges shipping costs are to be borne by you. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges if they were shipped via collect shipment. Please ship merchandise via a traceable shipping medium such as UPS, FedEx etc. You are also to be responsible for any damage during shipping, hence we recommend you to insure all return / exchange shipment.  Your return package must reach us within the 14 days from the date of purchase. Returns and exchanges over 7 days period or without authorizations will be refused.
